Lake Washington Improvement Association (LWIA) Membership

Becoming a Member

Become a member now. If you are a property owner abutting Lake Washington, leasing a slip on Lake Washington, or have an interest in supporting our efforts to improve our lake, please click the "signup" link below. Our Annual dues amount is recommended by the board of directors at the annual meeting, and approved by membership vote. The dues shall cover the period from January 1 to December 31. Dues will be increasing to $75 for the 2024 year.

Members who have paid their dues may request a copy, electronic or printed, of the lake directory containing the names and addresses of all lake residents. Directories are printed and/or sent upon request. Printed directories are limited to one copy every 2 years.

Renew Membership

Your dues are an important revenue source for the LWIA. Please help the LWIA continue to do work of improving the water quality of Lake Washington and improving the property value of every homeowner on the lake.

Lake Washington Association Meetings

Meetings are held at Le Sueur County Washington County Park Community Room at 6 pm on the Third Tuesday of each month and are open to all persons interested in the improvement of Lake Washington. All members are invited to vote on gambling business.
